Reliable integration starts with an understanding of your systems and processes.
Our specialists will guide you every step of the way, from the initial assessment right through to technical implementation. We’ll set out clear agreements regarding the work to be carried out, the expected results and the costs.

We will discuss your requirements, business processes, applications and integration needs. Together, we will map out the desired solution and translate this into a functional design.

Once you have given your approval, we will arrange the next appointment.

Step 2: the follow-up interview

Functional exploration

Would you like to proceed? If so, our specialists will analyse your Exact system, the relevant applications and the technical possibilities. You will receive a transferable technical outline design.

€450 one-off payment, excluding VAT

Fully deductible against the final invoice.

Step 3: getting started

Integration and implementation

Based on our analysis, you will receive a tailored quotation for the design, configuration and any development work required. Once you have approved this, we will discuss the schedule and the information required.

Functional exploration

Even after implementation, our specialists will continue to support you with any changes and enhancements. For integrations that have already been implemented, we offer additional insight and control via Watcher where applicable.

Do you operate internationally?

Clickker for international Exact-environments and legislation

Does your organisation have Exact accounts in different countries? If so, additional Clickker subscription fees may apply.
The first country connected is included in the basic package. A surcharge of €50 per month applies for each additional country connected.

Exact Online supports country-specific legislation for the Benelux. Does your organisation have operations outside the Benelux? If so, Exact Globe+ may be an alternative. During the technical analysis, we assess which Exact environment is best suited to your international organisation and integration requirements.

Clickker is our specialised API technology that enables applications to exchange data and functionality with Exact.

CAS is our visual low-code integration platform. With a drag-and-drop builder and ready-to-use API building blocks for over 70 applications, you can build integrations and workflows more quickly and easily.

Clickker is one of the building blocks available within CAS.

A traditional consultant often develops integrations using client-specific code. Whilst this can work well, it also means that every new integration or modification requires further development work. Furthermore, maintenance may become dependent on the expertise of the original developer.

Sense Cloud has opted for a different approach. With Clickker, we offer standardised API technology for Exact. With CAS, we go one step further: API functionality from over 70 applications is available in ready-to-use building blocks, which can be combined to create integrations using a visual drag-and-drop builder.

This means that not every API command needs to be reprogrammed. This makes it possible to develop integrations more quickly and consistently, to document them more easily and to manage them more effectively.

The difference? Less reliance on bespoke code written on an individual basis, greater reusability and better control over your integration landscape.

That does not, however, mean that bespoke solutions are unnecessary. Specialist knowledge and experience remain essential, particularly when dealing with complex Exact set-ups, existing interfaces and external applications. Our technology supports that expertise, rather than replacing it.

The subscription gives you access to your chosen technology: Clickker or CAS.

CAS includes Clickker and Watcher. You do not pay any separate subscription fees for these.

Any installation costs, technical analyses and customer-specific implementation work are not covered by the standard subscription.

The one-off installation fee covers the basic set-up and activation of Clickker or CAS.

Implementation costs relate to the actual implementation of your specific integration. This includes configuring data flows, developing additional functionality, testing and commissioning the integration.

These works will be quoted for separately.

Every Exact environment is configured differently. Administrative systems, existing integrations, customisations and business processes vary from one organisation to another.

In addition, external applications, middleware and existing automation solutions, such as Orbis’s RPA tools, may affect the integration. We are also dependent on the technical capabilities and cooperation of external suppliers.

That is why we first assess what is required, after which you will receive a tailored quote for the implementation.

This way, you’ll know in advance what work is required and what the associated costs are.

During the technical integration analysis, our specialists examine your Exact system, the relevant applications, existing interfaces and relevant automation processes.

You will receive a high-level technical integration design setting out the key options, points for consideration and guiding principles.

This document is transferable and may also be used outside Sense Cloud.

If you then commission Sense Cloud to carry out the implementation, we will offset the full €450 (excluding VAT) against the implementation project.

Yes. Clickker can be used directly by your own developers or an external software supplier.

With CAS, you can use the visual drag-and-drop builder to create your own integrations using ready-made API building blocks.

Depending on the complexity, additional technical knowledge may be required. If required, Sense Cloud can also carry out the integration on your behalf.

Clickker is installed on your own server or server environment. This means you retain control over the infrastructure on which Clickker runs.

Security therefore depends to a large extent on the security of your own server environment, including access control, network security and infrastructure maintenance.

With CAS, the security of the platform, the connected applications and the API connections used also play a role.

During the technical integration analysis, we focus on the relevant security aspects and dependencies.

Yes. Clickker can be used to link Exact systems in different countries.

In this regard, it is important to take into account country-specific legislation and the capabilities of the Exact environment being used.

Exact Online supports legislation for the Benelux. For international organisations with administrative offices outside the Benelux, Exact Globe+ may be an alternative.

Watcher provides insight into how integrations work and helps to identify and investigate errors.

Watcher is included with CAS. If Sense Cloud carries out the integration for you, Watcher can also be made available as part of the agreed service provision.
