Exact Online is a cloud-based solution for small and medium-sized enterprises. You can manage your accounts, invoicing, customer relations, stock, projects and more, all in one place.

This means you’ll always have an overview of your business, wherever you are.

The features available depend on the chosen solution and subscription. Exact Online is available in various editions and can be expanded with additional modules.

The possibilities

Connect Exact Online with your other applications.

Reliable integrations ensure seamless data exchange between Exact Online and your other systems. This includes the automatic transfer of orders, customer data, stock movements and financial entries.

This ensures that data remains up to date and that business processes can run largely automatically.

API and restrictions

The own Exact Online API offers opportunities, but has its limitations.

The Exact Online API allows you to exchange data with your Exact Online environment. The API has fixed endpoints, functionalities and limits per subscription.

This means that you are limited to the options provided by Exact. The endpoints are predefined and cannot be extended to suit your own needs.

The number of API calls and the available processing capacity are also limited. In the event of more intensive use, a more comprehensive subscription, such as Exact Online Premium, or additional API capacity may be required. This may incur additional costs.

For more complex integrations or additional functionality, extra solutions are therefore sometimes required.

Sense Cloud helps you get more out of Exact Online using the Clickker API and Clickker Automation Suite (CAS).

The Clickker API provides a standardised interface for connecting Exact Online to external applications. This means you do not have to deal with all the technical details of the Exact Online API from scratch for every integration.

Using CAS, we then automate data flows and business processes, both within Exact Online and between Exact and other applications.

CAS also operates completely independently of Exact. This means we can also automate processes between other business applications without Exact needing to be involved.

In this way, we combine reliable connectivity with flexible process automation and minimise the need for complex bespoke solutions.

Getting to know each other & assessing needs

During an initial consultation, we will carry out a general assessment of your Exact environment, the relevant applications, your requirements and your integration needs. Based on this, we will determine the scope and the indicative costs of the in-depth analysis.

In-depth analysis, including a report

We will examine the configuration of your Exact environment, the applications involved, data flows and existing automation solutions, such as BPA, RPA and Orbis. This paid analysis is quoted in advance based on the expected number of hours.

Integration proposal & quotation

We set out the findings in an integration document detailing the technical and functional requirements, the necessary data exchange and the proposed solution. Based on this, you will receive a tailored quotation for the implementation of the Clickker integration.

Configure, implement & integrate

Once you have given your approval, we will set up Clickker, configure the necessary data exchange and assist you in connecting your application to the Clickker API. In this way, we will achieve a reliable integration that fits in with your processes.
